Welcome to Jabulani Technical High School, we pride ourseleves for being the only technical that offers unique curriculum in the entire Soweto region.
All our disciplines are geared towards moulding learners who will eventually become responsible citizens through various lifeskills programs.
More exposure to practical components further prepares our learners to a variety of choices; ranging from being engineers, artisans as well as technicians
however our learners get recruited in different companies which further reinforces the skills attained.
Applications for Grade 8 leaners should be applied via the GDE link.
Applications for Grade 9-11 learners, a form should be downloaded on the school website.

Our school consists of Woodwork, Automotive, Electronics, Fitting and Welding workshops.
Our school consists of a Science lab for leaners to do experiments and practicals for their Physical Science subject.
Our school consists of a soccer and rugby field which laverages for other other sporting plays like athletics for learners.
The entire staff of Jabulani Technical Is very easy to talk to, they are friendly in addressing issues pataining to curriculum matters. Jabulani Tech comprises of suitable educators with great qualifications and passion. They encourage learners to be critical and creative thinkers who will respect themselves and others. After many years of dedicated service, we bid a heartfelt farewell to our esteemed Principal, Mr. T.G. Ngwenya, who retires having left an indelible mark on our school community.
Mr. Ngwenya’s leadership has been defined by unwavering commitment, compassion, and a relentless pursuit of excellence. His final year at the helm is a true reflection of his impact, with the school achieving an outstanding 92.2% matric pass rate — a testament to the high standards and inspiring vision he upheld.
Under his guidance, countless learners have not only excelled academically but have also grown into confident, capable young people ready to contribute meaningfully to society. His mentorship and wisdom have shaped both staff and students, and his presence will be deeply missed.
As we turn the page to a new chapter, we do so with immense gratitude for the legacy Mr. Ngwenya leaves behind. We wish him a fulfilling and restful retirement, filled with the same joy and purpose he brought to our school every day.
